Activities
The museum is meant to be resolutely
dynamic, it proposes outdoor activities tree times a year: the first Sunday of
may, on 14th of july, and the last Sunday of september, during the heritage
day..
You should rediscover
old times movements around a topic: wood storage for winter, forwarding,
sawing, choping, and stack storage. 
The
crib
Every
one who followed the "Chemins de lumière" (activity proposed by the valley's
tourist information office) was gaping in wonder in front of the museum's crib
!
All
characters and animals was full scale, made by different techniques: laminated
timber, pulp, …The three Wise Men were sumptuously dressed, baby Jesus looked
good enough to eat.

You might also take
opportunity to buy your wood during a small auction, and try to chop wood with
an axe, or with a more modern and less exhausting way, with a choping machine.
Mingled with these
activities: wood sculpture, wood gutter pruning , basket-making, working group
for children…depending on opportunities.
Easter
To mark the museum's opening, and the beginning of
spring, a great surprise waits for children, and those who still know being
amazed.
The Easter's rabbit invited himself for the
first time this year (but chut, it's a secret, because other villages will get
jealous !)
You will discover his house, with a pretty
and cozy interior, and his kitchen garden.
No doubt that in such an environment, our
Easter's rabbit will be very generous with all children who will visit him
!
